About Attorney Rüyam Öztuna

Adv. Rüyam Öztuna has been practicing law since 2009, building a distinguished career across the United Kingdom and Northern Cyprus. She holds a degree from Istanbul University Faculty of Law, and further qualified in England through the Postgraduate Diploma in Law at the University of Westminster and the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law. Before returning to Northern Cyprus, she spent seven years at the Lewisham Citizens Advice Bureau in London, where she advised on immigration, employment, and consumer law matters. She subsequently joined leading Cypriot law firms — first Boysan Boyra Law Office, then Gozel Halim Law Office, where she rose to Senior Lawyer — before establishing her own practice in 2021. With over fifteen years as an advocate, Ms. Öztuna brings rigorous legal knowledge, multilingual capability, and a client-centred approach to every matter she handles.
